The company has embarked upon a programme to recreate the catalytically role of railway services to the Namibian transport and logistics system through the development of reliable and cost-effective movement of cargo in Namibia.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

To provide confidential support to the Company Secretary with regards to Legal and related services.

  • Bachelor of Laws (LL. B) Admitted as a Legal Practitioner of the High Court.
  • Three years’ experience in a Legal environment.
  • Excellent knowledge and practical executive management administrative functions, organizational, management and corporate work standards and ethical codes of conduct, sound knowledge in office management and general administration in a large organization.
  • Computer literacy (advanced levels, excellent command of English (oral and written), ability to maintain sound interpersonal relations, organizing and planning skills, customers interactions, excellent communications skills, ability to multi-task, attention to details and deadlines. Knowledge of relevant Acts and regulations, High Level of professionalism and attention to detail, high level of confidentiality, integrity and accountability.
  • Ability to act independently, emotionally mature, tactful, diligent, ability to keep confidential information, ability to priorities work and multitasked functions at a strategic level, ability to co-ordinate and facilitate high level conferences and meetings, self-starting initiatives, ability to manage change, ability to pay high attention to details to ensure high quality work levels, ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
