Masters and PhD in Personal and Professional leadership (UJ) Holds an Honours degree in Transport Economics (RAU). Entrepreneur. Successfully run own enterprises from 1985 to 2006 in logistics, information technology, wellness, production and marketing (Based in Tsumeb). Management and Leadership Consultant since 2006 in Windhoek. Independent chairman of the Payments Association of Namibia (PAN) 2016 - 2021. Served on boards and served boards with leadership and strategy consultations. Served in several leadership positions.
Pombili is a Professional Engineer with a BSc degree in Mechanical Engineering (Hons) from the University of Cape Town and is in possession of a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification, obtained through Breakthrough Management Group International. He completed the Senior Management Development Programme with the University of Stellenbosch, where he was awarded the Director's Award – Best student, after which, he went on to complete his Master’s in Business Administration (Cum Laude) at the same University.
Johanna is a Corporate Executive with a passion for building human capital value for organization success. She holds a B.Psych degree in Industrial Psychology (Honours) and a Master's degree in Strategic Human Resource Management.
